Shipping Rates & Information .
Our full schedule of shipping destinations and charges are included below. We would however suggest that customers read through the preamble notes on shipping prior to making a decision on a shipping option.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48Hrs. On receipt of your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us and shortly after we will revert with shipping arrangements and prospects for delivery.
Minimum Orders
A minimum order of 6 bottles per consignment is required. There are no restrictions on maximum orders to Europe, but please note information below on restrictions to Japan.
Our shipping rates are charges out in units of 6 Bottles (Viz: 6/12/18/24 etc.), so it makes sense to align your wine order accordingly.
Mixed Case Lots
Unless otherwise stated, customers may select individual bottles from any of our ranges of wine – mixed case lots are quite acceptable.

Shipping Methods
Local South African deliveries are made by road transport.
International delivery options include: Door to Door, Door to Airport, Surface Post and Sea freight.
Door to Door - This covers all costs, including export packaging, documentation, freight, Customs clearance and duties, Insurance and delivery to your door. No costs are excluded.
Door to Airport – This covers all costs up until the wine arrives at your airport of destination. You are responsible for all Airport, clearing and Customs charges as well as collection from the airport. This can be quite a cost effective option, depending on your destination.
Surface Post – This is a very economic way to ship your wine, although it does take a while to reach you.
Our Surface post rate includes specialist packaging , Export clearance, postage and insurance. You will be responsible for collection from your closest Post Office and the payment of Duty and Taxes.
Sea Freight. – By far the most economic option, but it requires about 10 – 15 cases per order to achieve the economies of scale.
We can offer this option to most destinations world wide, so just give us a shout and we’ll get back to you immediately with a quote. Email us.
Back Order Policy
We do not take “back Orders”. If we are unable to meet your order completely, we will contact you.
Orders to Japan
Due to import restrictions, shipments to Japan are restricted to a maximum of 12 bottles per consignment.

Each of the US States have their own alcohol import restrictions. If you are unsure of the restrictions for your particular state, just drop us an email and we’ll get right back to you with the options available. Email us

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR DOOR TO DOOR RATES TO EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS HAVE CHANGED, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. RATES NO LONGER INCLUDE DUTY & TAXES, THESE ARE COLLECTED FROM CONSIGNEE. A FULL DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE OFFERING DUTY & TAX INCLUSIVE RATES WILL BE ON OFFER AGAIN SHORTLY. PLEASE CONTACT US IF THERE ARE ANY CONCERNS.
