Ordering Information.
Our minimum order quantity is 6 bottles, but we would point out to customers that it is more economical to buy at least 12 bottles, as the shipping rate is considerably lower.
Unlike most other wine web sites, shoppers may select individual bottles from any of our ranges of wine. There are no restrictions on the number of individual bottles you wish to purchase, provided your total order is at least 6 bottles. Mixed case lots are no problem. We believe that this policy will give our customers the opportunity to try several new wines, without having to buy large quantities!
In order to minimize the shipping charges, orders should be made in units of 6 or 12 bottles. For example, an order of 10 bottles of wine would be charged at the 12 bottles, shipping rate and so on.
Other than Shipping related Charges, no other costs such as Vat are added to our wine prices.
Searching for a Wine
Our wines are grouped into 7 main categories, which are listed down the left hand side of your screen, starting with the “Value Range”. The wines have been carefully selected and grouped to assist you with your individual shopping needs. So if you’re looking for something really special for an anniversary or a Board Meeting, then try the “Premier Range” or the “Older Vintage & Rare Wines Range”. I would like to stress, however, that all of the wines are of exceptional quality and are rated between 4 and 5 stars (5 Stars – maximum score).
Click on one of these categories and explore the wonderful wines that we have on offer!
Alternatively, if you are looking for wines of a particular cultivar, then use the product search function at the top of the page. Type in the cultivar that you are looking for, for example “Cabernet Sauvignon” or “Red Blend” and this will list all the wines we have on offer of that particular variety.
Window Shopping!
There is no problem in tentatively selecting wines from our various ranges. Just add the wines you like to your shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon below each wine. I must stress that you are in no way committed to buying these wines, you may delete them from your shopping basket at any time, even once you have entered the check out process!
During Window Shopping, if you would like to see what wines you have selected so far and what the total costs is, then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right hand side of your screen. The information you are after will be shown on your screen and you may add, delete or totally clear any of the items. Alternatively, you may wish to continue shopping, or if you are happy with your selection, you can elect to go to the check out and submit your order.
Adding more than One bottle of Wine to your Shopping Cart
Once you have decided on a particular wine, click on the Shopping Cart Icon button, labeled “Add to Trolley”. Your shopping cart will be displayed, containing the wine you have selected. If you wish to have more than one bottle of this wine, then merely update the quantity on screen and press the “Update Quantities” button. The new quantity and related price will then be displayed. Please don’t forget to use the “ update quantities” button, whenever making changes.
Changing your Order Information.
This can be done at any time, buy merely changing the information in your shopping basket. You can remove an item entirely or you can change the quantity “Qty” required, alternatively, you can clear the shopping basket entirely. Please remember that once you have made a change, you must press the “Update Quantities” button, so that your shopping basket is updated.
Checkout Process.
Log in – If it is the first time you have shopped with us, you will be prompted to register as an M-Web shopper. This facility stores your contact information, so that you do not have to re submit it each time you shop with us. This step is not compulsory, you can move to the next step directly if you wish to, by clicking on” register later”.
Address Details – Please ensure that you complete this information carefully, remembering that the delivery address must be the physical street address and not a box number.
Shipping Method - Select your shipping preference of either “door to door”, where we pay all the costs, or “door to Airport” where you are responsible for collection, clearing charges, duty, and taxes etc., once the parcel has arrived at your international airport. Please refer to shipping information for further details. If you require us to send your consignment buy another means, then please send us an Email with your requirements.
Total Cost Including Shipping - Once you have chosen your delivery method and shipping address, we will provide you with a final cost of your order – including shipping costs - before finalizing your order.
This page displays the shipping and billing details for you to check before submitting your order for processing. If all the details are correct and you are satisfied with the total cost of your order, you can now submit your payment details to finalize your order.
Payment and Submitting your Order - This is the final step in your ordering process. You will be required to enter your credit card details in this screen before submitting the order. We would like to assure you that this process is entirely safe and secure. Please refer to our Security Statement for further details.
Type in your credit card details in this step and click on “Place Order” to submit your order.
Payment by Bank Transfer – Please Email us if you would prefer to make payment by Bank Transfer, rather than Credit Card.
Order Confirmation - Once you have submitted your order, you will immediately see the order confirmation page letting you know that your order has been received. You will also receive an Email at the same time that includes a link to the order confirmation page. This link enables you to access your order details at any time. Your order confirmation page also serves as your online receipt for your purchase.
If at any time you need to cancel your order, you can do so from your order confirmation page up until the moment you receive a shipment notification via email.
