Do you need some help with placing your order? Well no problem at all, just follow the below steps which will take you through each stage of the ordering process. It’s really simple and entirely safe!
You may find it worthwhile to print these instructions so that you can refer to them whilst placing your order.
Selecting a wine
Amble through our various ranges of wine until you find what you’re after, or alternatively, use the search mechanism on the top left hand side of the web site.
Once you’ve decided on a particular wine and would like to buy it, just click on the “Add to Trolley” icon, which is positioned below each of our wines.

This will immediately transfer your selected wine into your Shopping Basket within our our SafeShop, which is a Bank secure shopping environment. In the example, a bottle of Kanu Cabernet Sauvignon was selected and this is immediately displayed in your Shopping Basket which is the first screen of the SafeShop, as shown below.
If you would like more than one bottle of this wine, then all you have to do is highlight the “Qty” box with your cursor and over type the number required, then press the “Update” button. You will see that your Shopping Basket is immediately updated with the new quantity required and the total cost adjusted accordingly. In this example, we have increased the quantity to 12 bottles and you will see lower down how the Basket has been updated.
Should you wish to return to the website to order other wines, just click on the “Continue Shopping” button and this will return you to the main Web site, where you can continue shopping. The wines that you have already selected will in the mean time remain in your Shopping Basket, whilst you select further wines.
Once you have finished shopping and are ready to check-out, review the selection in your shopping basket to make sure that it is correct. Remember that our shipping options are based on units of 6 bottles, so you need to make sure that your order is in line with this – Viz. 6/12/18 bottles etc.
If any of the wines selected are incorrect, just use the “Remove” button to delete it. You will then be ready to move to the next stage and you do this by pressing the “Check-Out” button. I would mention that you are still able to come back to the shopping basket and make changes later in the process, so there is no need for concern at all.
Logging in – Shopper and Delivery Details.
The next screen is where you enter your shopper details and delivery information. A copy of the screen is included below
This section is divided into two options. “Option 2” should be used for express check out and where customers are not registered as regular users. This is the simplest and quickest check out option.
“Option 1” should be used if you would like to be registered as a regular shopper and to have all of your particulars stored, so that you do not have to re-enter this information each time you wish to place an order. If you choose to register you will have to wait for an email back from SafeShop confirming your registration and password, prior to completing the order, but in the future you need only enter your email address and password to log in as a registered user.
Please ensure that you take particular care to complete the delivery information accurately. In particular, a contact telephone number should be included, incase our delivery company needs to co-ordinate the delivery time with the consignee. Delivers take place on weekdays, during office hours and this should be kept in mind when completing your delivery address.
Once the details are completed, click on “Check Out” to move to the next screen. Alternatively, if you wish to make a change to your order, click on “Back” and this will take you back to the Shopping Basket.
You will note that there is an option on the lower left hand side of the screen to include a requested delivery date. This is quite convenient when you are ordering the wine as a Birthday gift or to meet a particular occasion!
Shipping Details – You will need to decide on and select a shipping option. There are usually a number of options available such as Door to Airport, Door to Door and parcel post. The cheapest option available will be displayed in the shipping Options box, but you should click on this box to access all other available options for your destination and highlight the option you require.
Finally, you will need to add your credit card details. We would again assure you that your information is completely safe and cannot be accessed or abused by any party. You will note that we have installed a “Budget” facility that can be quite convenient when placing large orders.
You will note that your final order has been summarized at the base of the screen including shipping charges. You can make further changes or additions to the order by clicking on the “Back” button.
To finalise the order click on the “Buy Now” button. You will immediately receive a confirmation of the order by email and our office will follow up shortly there after with packing and shipping arrangements.
